Lites will be responsible for the financial management and oversight of the various Big Lick businesses including logistics and trucking, equestrian resort, property management and other businesses. He joins Big Lick from Resolute Forest Products Inc., located in El Dorado, Arkansas. Resolute operates pulp, paper and wood product facilities in the United States and Canada. During his successful tenure at Resolute, and their predecessor, Conifex USA Inc., Lites had financial accountability for multiple mills as well as trucking and timber management support operations. In his capacity as Divisional Controller for US Operations, he was responsible for financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, risk management, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis.
