Q: Is it necessary to sign a contract?
A: You sign a term sheet summarizing the details and price of services. However, you are never committed to a certain length of time to do business with us. You can stay as long as you like or you can leave whenever you like.
Q: Are your containers in good order? Sometimes we receive containers from other vendors that are in terrible condition.
A: All of our equipment is in tip-top shape. We have a full-time employees with primary job functions to ensure that all of our containers are sanitized, in good working order, painted and have decals.
Q: Is there an issue putting fresh shavings in a manure container?
A: No, we are very diligent about ensuring our containers are cleaned and disinfected before we load any fresh shavings into them.
Q: How quickly can I expect my deliveries after I make an order?
A: We like to do our deliveries the day after we receive your order. Having all the day’s loads before the day starts allows us to be the most efficient in our dispatching practices. This efficiency allows us to contain costs, and in turn, hold the prices down for the customer. Of course, you can order more than a day in advance if you’d like as well.
Q: What is the work schedule?
A: We start work at 7:00 AM and finish whenever all of our loads for the day are complete.
Q: Do you work on Saturday?
A: Yes, we work on Saturdays year-round.
Q: Are your employees trustworthy?
A: We have a stringent set of requirements to work for All-In Removal. We do extensive background checks on each prospective employee before they are hired. Our employees are family people and work very hard to treat your property with respect.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we carry in excess of the required limits for liability insurance.
Q: Do you carry Workers Compensation Insurance? I had a vendor employee get injured on my farm a while back and we wound up getting sued for medical bills and damages.
A: Yes, we do. It is very important that any vendor you use carry Workers Compensation Insurance for just that reason.
Q: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Yes, those are handled case by case. Please call and speak to a member of our team, and they will get you a deal that will work for you.
