All-In Removal LLC Announces Leadership Change

October 12, 2020, Williston Florida: All-In Removal LLC today announced that Don Emrick will be retiring as President effective October 23, 2020. Reid Nagle, Chairman, will provide transitional leadership as Chief Executive Officer. Emrick has been President since December 4, 2012 when Nagle acquired Emrick’s company, Emrick Hauling, Inc.

Nagle is looking forward to stepping into the day-to-day operations of All-In Removal. A successful entrepreneur and horse trainer, Nagle has launched various business endeavors in Levy County since moving there in 2010. In addition to being the majority owner of All-In Removal, he has a real estate business that owns and manages a luxury equestrian RV park and event center, and a thoroughbred training center, both located in Levy County.

Emrick has been President of All-In Removal and predecessor companies since 2006. He is looking forward to spending time with his family, while launching his new business venture in the coming weeks.

All-In Removal LLC, the leading provider of shavings and manure removal services to horsemen in the Ocala area, is majority owned by Big Lick LLC, a holding company for a variety of horse-related businesses headquartered in North Central Florida and Central Virginia. In addition to All-In Removal:

  • Big Lick Farm owns and leases over 400 stalls located in 20 barns spread over 180 acres at the Oak Ridge Training Center in Morriston, Florida, where thoroughbred horse trainers have access to a one-mile dirt track, a 7/8-mile turf course, and other unique amenities.
