Management
Michael serves as President and Chief Operating Officer. He is a native Floridian and began working in the equine industry at a young age. During this time, Michael gained invaluable hands-on experience on a local Thoroughbred farm in Williston, FL. In 2004, Michael started American Shavings LLC, and spent 10 years operating and developing the business until its sale to All-In Removal in 2014. Since the acquisition, Michael has served in many capacities including his most recent role as Head of Operations where he managed the All-In Removal’s Ocala transfer station – a massive covered staging area ensuring all shavings are kept dry. Michael’s wife Carley operates the Williston Country Market, a business they own together, and they have two children.

Erin joined All-In Removal in February 2019 as the Assistant Controller and was promoted to Controller in January 2021. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Johnson & Whales University in Providence, Rhode Island and her Master’s Degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. Erin, her husband, Jed, and their daughter moved to Florida in July 2017 from Massachusetts. When Erin is not at work you can find her coaching their travel softball team, spending time with their dogs, or enjoying time on the water.

Shawn Sanders earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida Southern University, where he also competed as a scholarship baseball player. Originally from a farming and ranching family in South Florida, Shawn moved to Ocala in the early 2000s and has been rooted in the equine and agricultural community ever since. Outside of work, he and his fiancée travel across the U.S. competing in roping and horse events. In his spare time, Shawn also enjoys golf, hunting with friends, and spending time outdoors.

Kelsey joined All-In Removal in October of 2016 as an Accounting Assistant before obtaining her Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management in December of 2016 from Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida. She started off at All-In Removal answering phones and reconciling credit cards. Today, Kelsey is in Human Resources where she works diligently towards providing a friendly, inclusive, and productive workplace environment which values, rewards, and retains its employees. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her big family and traveling.

Reid is the chairman and majority owner of All-In Removal. Reid received his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and masters and doctoral degrees in political economy from Johns Hopkins University. Reid has a long career in building businesses. He was the vice chairman, chief financial and administrative officer of a large New Jersey savings bank and then worked in the financial services and arbitrage affiliates of Ivan F. Boesky and Co. He founded SNL Financial in 1987 -- a leading global sector specific purveyor of news, corporate, market, and financial information. SNL Financial was sold to Standard & Poors in 2015, at which time it had 3,300 employees working in 23 offices in 11 countries around the globe. Today, Reid owns a real estate business that operates two north central Florida equestrian facilities: Black Prong Equestrian Village, an equestrian RV park, and Big Lick Farm at Oak Ridge Training Center, a thoroughbred training center. Reid is also the founding limited partner of Endicott Growth Equity Partners and a member of the investment committee of Endicott’s general partner where he opines on its prospective investments in financial information businesses. Reid spends his time building businesses and assisting his wife, Sarah, training racehorses.

Sarah is a Thoroughbred horse trainer and exercise rider. She obtained her exercise rider’s license at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, MD, while in high school and continued her equestrian career during and after college. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in English and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
