Q: Is it necessary to sign a contract?
A: You sign a term sheet summarizing the details and price of services. However, you are never committed to a certain length of time to do business with us. You can stay as long as you like or you can leave whenever you like.
Q: Are your containers in good order? Sometimes we receive containers from other vendors that are in terrible condition.
A: All our equipment is in tip top shape. We have a full time employee whose job is to ensure that all our containers are sanitized, in good working order, and are painted and decaled.
Q: Is there an issue putting fresh shavings in a manure container?
A: No, we are very diligent about ensuring our containers are cleaned and disinfected before we load any fresh shavings into them.
Q: How quick can we get our initial delivery?
A: Usually, the same day but at the latest, the next business day.
Q: When we call in for regular service, what is the turnaround time?
A: We always strive for same day service but depending on the time of day you call, it could be the next day.
Q: What is the work schedule?
A: We start work at 7:00 AM and finish whenever all of our loads for the day are complete.
Q: Do you work on Saturday?
A: Yes, we work on Saturday’s year around.
Q: When you quote a price that is so much lower than other vendors, should we consider that to be an introductory price?
A: No, we don’t do introductory prices because it could appear to be dishonest. Our prices are established after hours of research and cost analysis. We will however, offer specials from time to time such as a discount per load or coupon offers but these will be kept separate from normal pricing. In addition, All-In has no hidden charges such as environmental fees and fuel surcharges.
Q: Are your employees trustworthy?
A: We have a stringent set of requirements to work for All-In Removal. We do extensive background checks on each prospective employee before they are hired. Our employees are family people and work very hard to treat your property with respect.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, we carry in excess of the required limits for liability insurance.
Q: Do you carry Workers Compensation Insurance? I had a vendor employee get injured on my farm a while back and we wound up getting sued for medical bills and damages.
A: Yes we do, it is very important that any vendor you use carry Workers Compensation Insurance for just that reason.
Q: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Yes, those are handled case by case. Please call and speak to a member of our team and they will get you a deal that will work for you.
